By placing an order with Mishri's, you confirm that you agree with our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. The following points outline how we manage all transactions.

Each piece at Mishri's is lovingly handcrafted, meaning there may be slight variations in color, shape, and finish. Since natural stones and beads are used, these differences are part of their charm and uniqueness.

No Return/Refund Policy:

We meticulously inspect and pack every product before shipping to ensure that what you receive mirrors the item showcased online. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. Our careful packaging also ensures your order arrives safely, reducing the chances of any issues.

Exchange Policy:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you will be eligible for an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

Contact us at mishristylish@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice and any documentation provided.

Once your exchange is approved, we will organize a reverse pickup from your address. We will cover the shipping fees for both the return and the delivery of the replacement item. If pickup service is not available in your area, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your cost. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement as per our policy. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, you can select another product of the same value.
